TROUBLESHOOTING

If you are having trouble adding items to your cart or are experiencing issues with your cookie settings please do the following:
  • Select Tools -> Internet Options.
  • Open the "Privacy" tab.
  • In the "Settings" area.
  • Adjust the slider bar to a lower setting to enable cookies.
  • you can enable cookies on a per-site basis. To enable cookies on a per-site basis, click  "Sites" button, enter website url and select if you want to Allow or Block cookies from this site.





HELP!  I AM TRYING TO CHECKOUT AND EACH TIME I ENTER MY PHONE NUMBER I GET AN ERROR CODE (OR ANY OTHER CHECKOUT PROBLEMS): 

This is most often due to customer error.  Make sure that your shipping and billing information is fully and correctly filled out.  Enter your phone number without any spaces (ex. 000111333444). As long as all of your information is fully complete, you should be able to proceed with checkout.  If you are paying with PayPal, you will land back on our checkout page.  Make sure to click "checkout" at the bottom right to finalize your order!  If you continue to have trouble, please copy and paste what the error message says and the problem you are experiencing and send to customerservice@solsticescents.com.  You may also want to make sure that the site is allowed if you are using a script blocker. 

If you are having trouble during checkout or are receiving an error message, delete the items in your cart and clear your browser's cache and cookies then try again.  If you are still having problems please use the contact form here.
